If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Exchanges

Sized clothing product can be exchanged within 30 days after arrival, only for the same product of a different size. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our exchange policy is for clothing with various sizes only (i.e. tees, hoodies) and lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your sized clothing goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of any kind. To be eligible for an exchange, your sized clothing item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain situations where exchange of the exact product will be unavailable.
